FAQ

Before you ask.

Is there a minimum term?

Retainers are 3 months minimum, then rolling with 30 days' notice. Projects are fixed-price.

Who approves changes?

You set a threshold. Anything above it, like price changes or new ad budgets, needs your sign-off.

Can we start small?

Yes. Most clients start with an audit, then one channel or one service.
